Food has a great power in our life. It can help us feel better, healthier and energetic but can also contribute to our early demise.
Ideally, we should be able to enjoy what we eat and, what we eat, should be part of a bigger strategy to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

First, let us talk about inflammation.
What is inflammation?
Basically, inflammation is our body’s natural response to infection or injury.
You have probably experienced many inflammatory processes in your life without knowing the reasons and the steps behind it. Pain, swelling, redness and warmth are the main signs of inflammation.
Sometimes, these inflammations are clearly seen on the skin or body but most of the time these processes are hidden inside the body.
These hidden inflammatory processes are the most dangerous ones.
The reason why they are most dangerous is simply because they are hidden and unrecognized.
How does the body try to defend us from the enemy?
Our body produces so-called reactive oxygen species or superoxide radicals to kill the bad cells, but these guys don’t distinguish between bad and good and kill many of the good cells in this process.
Having an inflammation can sometimes seem innocent and small but could other times prove very harmful.
